Project plan
In order to achieve the project's objectives, the following activities are planned:
Sept-Nov18: Project's presentation to all target groups. Design of project logo and contest. Launch of facebook page, blog, instagram and twitter account and youtube channel. Creation of the google calendar (activities, deadlines, assignation of the instagram calendar – every week one school is responsible for the publication of a healthy breakfast picture). Surveys among students, families and teachers and detection of problems. The coordinating school make a synthesis of the results and publish them in the blog. Thanks to the surveys the main problems or misunderstandings about the diet will come out. Coordinators will decide which subjects are the most important to be focused on during the first year.
Dec18: Students create workshops about healthy diet focusing on the main problems that surveys will show us. The best workshops in each school will be presented to students of the other schools in next meeting. The 1st healthy free breakfast, DRESSED FRUITS, takes place; some students and parents prepare it for other students and also design a leaflet to distribute during the activity. It will be the same breakfast and leaflet for all the partner schools as students will decide it together through skype conferences and google drive.
Jan-Feb19: Poster contest, 10 posters will be selected and they will be physically exhibited in all partner schools. The workshops that students will have created in each partner school are presented in Feb LTTA. Students attending the meeting will be the leading team that will do the workshops in their own school.
Mar-Apr19: Workshops take place in all the schools. Poster exhibition. 1st dissemination of the project; some of the workshops created by students will be done in the nearest schools. The 2nd breakfast, RUN OUT OF SUGAR, takes place.
May19: LTTA in Croatia. Students design the first bilingual Magazine for families. Teachers discuss about the effectivity of workshops in order to establish the workshop lesson plan.
Jun19: Family Dissemination day. Students prepare workshops for families and the 1st magazine will be presented. 3r breakfast: BREAKFASTS AROUND EUROPE.
Jul19: First year Evaluation.
Sep19: Creation of a healthy diet dictionary. Plantation of seeds for fruits or plants to elaborate healthy products.
Nov19: LTTA in Portugal. Launch of the recipe blog. Creation of the 2nd magazine.
Jan20: 4th breakfast. Record of the videos for the Project's Youtube Channel of the project. Public and local media campaign. 2nd magazine will be delivered.
Feb20: LTTA in Spain. Students debate about "food therapy and anthropological aspects of diet".
Mar20: Creation of some advertisements.
Apr20–LTTA in Latvia. 3rd magazine. Elaboration of a survey fin order to know the impact of the project.
May-Jun20: Delivery of 3rd magazine. Last breakfast . Students and teachers analyze the results of surveys.
Jul/20: Final evaluation.
